RESCUE CARE

     Rescue care system provides piglets with access to milk replacer and liquid prestarter in drinkers in farrowing section. Specially designed nipple mechanism of the drinker prevents overflow and allows piglets to consume milk ad lib. Free access to sow milk replacer stimulates feed intake, boosts the immune system, increases health status and prevents stress when piglets are weaned.
The system includes a set of equipment and cleaning product for milk lines «Intra Cup Clean».

EQUIPMENT SET:

• Drinkers, control unit
• Mixers
• Milk level sensors
• Heat-exchange unit for the milk mix
• Diaphragm pumps with connector sets, air preparation block, air hose and compressor.

      Intra Cup Clean - is a cleaning and disinfecting product based on 50% hydrogen peroxide. It comes in the form of colorless, scentless liquid that, unlike most traditional products, does not contain halogens and quaternary ammonium compounds. It effectively removes biofilms, exterminates pathogenic bacteria and cleans impurities from the system.
